It is especially helpful in torquing the nut back to spec. We recommend torquing your nut to spec or at least making sure its tightened enough to avoid any play in the drive. When the nut is loose your drive may have "play" and cause uneven wear in the bearings, causing the drive to run hotter than normal and potentially failing.
